DeFilipps Construction Inc is a family-owned and operated construction company founded by John DeFilipps. The company started in western NY and grew to Naples, FL.

Todd DeFilipps

Todd is the co-owner of DeFilipps Construction, a trusted name in custom and spec home construction. Todd grew up working in his family’s construction business, gaining hands-on experience from an early age.

He moved to Naples in 2002 and became a licensed real estate agent. Todd has been a part of the local building and real estate community ever since. Known for his eye for detail and commitment to quality, Todd specializes in designing and building high-end custom homes that reflect each client’s unique vision.

When he’s not on a job site or helping clients navigate the real estate market, you’ll likely find him building or racing powerboats—a lifelong passion that reflects the same drive and precision he brings to his work.

Stacy DeFilipps

Stacy serves as the operations manager, where she brings a unique blend of financial acumen, design expertise, and real estate insight to the construction process. With over a decade of experience in real estate and development, Stacy ensures that every project runs efficiently, on budget, and with a keen eye for detail.

Before joining DeFilipps Construction, Stacy spent 11 years in accounting for a prominent real estate developer in Naples, FL, gaining deep experience in budgeting, financial oversight, and project management in high-end residential developments.

She is also a Certified Residential Interior Designer and a licensed Realtor, which gives her a comprehensive understanding of both the aesthetic and market-driven aspects of home building. Stacy’s multifaceted background allows her to bridge the gap between design, construction, and client expectations—making her an invaluable asset to the team and to homeowners.

John DeFilipps

John is the co-owner and founder of DeFilipps Construction. His journey in construction began in Western New York, working alongside his family in their construction business. From an early age, he developed a deep understanding of the trade and a strong work ethic.

John specializes in building spec homes — thoughtfully designed, move-in-ready houses built with care and attention to detail.

Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with family, stone crab trapping, and golfing.
